The Wholemeal or 'Brown' Loaf is slightly more dense, with a nutty and sweeter flavour. Makes the best toast and my personal favourite from the loaf tins.
White Wheat Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin) Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Water, Margarine, Dark Brown Sugar, Yeast, Salt

How to Store/Freeze
Frozen at -18°c, it will keep for 6 months.
Thaw for 4-6 hours at an ambient temperature.
