Our legendary mince pies are back for another year, and you know what they say - 'if it aint broke..'
Everything about our mince pies is homemade.
Homemade shortbread shortcrust pastry, homemade mince meat (veggie friendly, we use butter not suet!), and homemade crumble / viennese / shortcrust tops.
Our mince pies are deep filled (and I mean filled) to the brim with our mince meat, just simply a must for Christmas!
Ingredients
Pastry Base - White Wheat Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Butter (Dairy), Sugar, Egg, Salt
Mincemeat - Sultanas, Currants, Cranberries, Butter (Dairy), Light Brown Sugar, Mixed Peel, Chopped Nuts, Apple, Ground Mixed Spice, Ground Cinnamon, Dark Rum, Brandy
'Normal' Shortcrust - (same as pastry base)
Viennese Top - White Wheat Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Margarine, Caster Sugar, Shortening, Egg
Crumble Top - White Wheat Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Butter (Dairy), Caster Sugar
