Our standard Sourdough (Shirl) has got her Christmas glad rags on! A mix of sultanas, currants, dates and cranberries soaked over night in rum, and hazelnuts, almonds, cashews and walnuts all lightly toasted then folded into our lightly spiced shirl makes a wonderful option for the bread on your cheese board or your piece of toast on Christmas morning.

How to Store / Freeze
Frozen at -18°c, it will keep for 6 months.
Thaw for 4-6 hours at an ambient temperature.
