Shirley our sourdough take 3 days from start to finish! With a chewy crust and spongey middle she is a perfect daily bread, great for sandwiches, toast or served with a meal.

  • How to Store/Freeze

    Frozen at -18°c, it will keep for 6 months.

    Thaw for 4-6 hours at an ambient temperature.
