Farm Cottage Bakery is a small traditional bakery set up in the Pembrokeshire countryside, on my family’s Dairy Farm. In 2018 I decided to turn my grandparents old Cottage into the bakery, I was just a 21-year-old with massive passion and an even bigger dream. For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to be a baker. From growing up in a farming family, everything was homemade and there was always some sort of baking going on, either with my own mum or both grandmothers, everyone baked! I believe in the value of homemade, crafted, quality baked goods. I value locally grown, fresh ingredients made into traditional recipes that my grandparents used that taste amazing. I like to keep it simple and emphasise taste over flash.
